Eva brings nearly three decades of experience in human resources and is known for her strategic leadership within high-growth and transitioning companies, including within the oil and gas industry.

With a record of guiding cultural reinvention by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, Eva has extensive expertise in organizational design, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and executive coaching.

Eva earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.

Outside of her professional life, Eva enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband and their two dachshunds.
