Stephanie brings almost three decades of experience as a chemical engineer specializing in process simulation, design, and optimization within the midstream oil and gas industry.

Often executing gas plant and compressor station projects from conceptual design through construction, startup, and operations, Stephanie has successfully achieved desired outcomes at private equity-backed startups, including Delek Logistics after their acquisition of 3 Bear Energy assets, 3 Bear Energy, Bear Tracker Energy, and Bear Paw Energy.

Stephanie earned her BS in Chemical and Petroleum-Refining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
